So I am pleased to report that Fiona was a dud, at least in St. Kitts. It rained hard for 5 minutes and then stopped. There's a pleasant breeze that you can't feel because it's so humid. The sea is definitely more choppy, but nothing like the other day. The NW side of the island may have had a different experience (here's what it was looking like in the hills behind Port Zante),
but overall it was just a typical Caribbean shower. I will say, that there was a little flooding downtown, so it shows how saturated we are that a 5-minute downpour could cause that. We really need some time to dry out. Yes, that is a request.
